Q: I am an interest owner in a new well, when will I receive my first check?
A. Distributions are paid after EOS is paid for the product. A new well may take 2 to 6 months to go “on-line”. After a well is online royalty owners will be paid monthly according to the terms in the subject lease.

 

Q: I am a royalty owner and my address has changed?
A.  The authorized royalty owner must submit requests to change of address in writing to:

Q: When will I receive my share of the production checks?
A.  Previous months checks are processed on the 20th of each month. That may change slightly month by month depending when the 20th falls in each calendar month. We do not send checks until an account reaches a minimum of $50.

Q: Do you offer Direct deposit?

A. Yes! Direct deposit is preferred by EOS. Please contact us to set up your direct deposit . We will then send a link to access your monthly statements.

Q: When will I receive my 1099?
A.  1099’s will be sent by the 31st of January. Contact us if you have any questions.
